Kensington Arts welcomes all customers and has a range of services to ensure you have an enjoyable and comfortable visit. Front of House team members will make your visit as comfortable as possible, so please let us know your requirements.
CAR PARKING
There is no parking available on-site at Kensington Arts. There is disc zone parking available on Kensington Road and Raphael Road, with a 2 hour limit (excluding bank holidays).
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Step-only access is available from the main entrance on Raphael Road. This main doorway is approximately 1 metre above street level with 5 steps to the entrance.
For the Theatre and Dance Studio, we have street-level access via the entrance on Kensington Road. There are double external doors into the lower foyer, but only a single door between the foyer and the Studio. There is an access lift from the Dance Studio lobby to the Theatre. For the Basement, wheelchair access is via the back lane. There is no wheelchair access to the Art Room at the top of the venue.
Multi-use wheelchair accessible toilets are available on the Basement and Dance Studio levels.
The Theatre has designated wheelchair spaces – please remember to mention your requirements when booking, or inform Front of House team members upon arrival.
There are no automatic doors at the venue.
Please note that access may be restricted during essential roadworks.
ASSISTANCE DOGS
Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the buildings. Please advise any special requirements when booking tickets.
